New CAADP website - give us your insights
Welcome to the new CAADP website and to our new blog. This website will be officially launched at a forthcoming African Union meeting. But today we took the unusual step of pre-launching the site to allow donors and CG scientists to give us feedback on what extra information they want on the site.
Donors have already asked, for example, for information on increases in agricultural production in countries where CAADP is working. And, since we have those statistics, we’ll be posting them on the relevant pages this week.
Please remember that this is a preview of the site, so not everything is up and running. The search system isn’t online yet and we haven’t uploaded the documents to our library. But, the key text is on there and that’s what we want your opinion on.
During his address, Professor Mkandawire also took the opportunity to state that NEPAD continues to receive the highest support from the African leadership as a program of the African Union. And to reiterate that it stands ready to work with the CGIAR community.”
So, enjoy the site - we look forward to your comments.
Best wishes, the CAADP Team
